..... why on earth did you create pimples?

Well, don’t worry. They come and go away with age. At teenage they start appearing and by the time you are of marriageable age, they are gone. Probably they were there to protect you from budi nazar.There are 101 ways that your granny will tell you in order to annihilate the acne/pimples. Some may be brilliant. Some may work on one person, not on the other. Some may turn out to be mere crap.

Well, here are top 10 tips:

1. Exercise a lot (Drip out the water by sweating) everyday.

2. Stop eating oily foods, especially fried food. Avoid Chocolates (any cocoa product) and Cola Drinks. Infact avoid any food/drinks containing caffeine. Avoid excess sugar.

3. Wash your face 3-4 times in a day with water.

4. Drink atleast 2.5L of water everyday(drink about 1 L early in the morning - after getting out of bed)

5. Occasionally scrub your face.

6. Sleep for atleast 8 hours every night (most important).

7. To remove the blemishes(as well as acnes), use benzoyl Peroxide (I strongly recommend Benzac AC cream and strongly disapprove ClearSil).

8. Think less! Worry less! Don’t take tensions!

9. Try to avoid direct sunlight.

10.Be happy.


Don’t use any medications(unless very severe).

I am surely sure that if you follow these 10 tips, you will see a lot of change , not only on your face, but also in your attitude and personality. And please, follow all these points simultaneously. Not one at a time.
