Everyday we all get dressed and we all put on our colognes, perfumes and our deodorant. Deodorant is the stuff that helps us not go obtain “body odor” at least we hope so. We all have our favorite deodorant that we trust and use faithfully day in and day out. Why try something else when what you got is working. Well I hope to change your mind about that one. Sometimes change is good! “The Webster ’s™ Dictionary teaches us that the word “deodorant” means: that can destroy or counteract undesired odors. Any deodorant preparation.” Now to me this is serious business.

The last thing I want to do is go out into the world for the day and stink! I should hope that we all feel the same way. Surely some of you have experienced that swanky smell that comes from someone who forgot to put they’re deodorant on! I know I have. Now mind you I do realize that there are some people who can’t help body odors, something is wrong with their chemical balance and they just can’t help it. But for those of us who can help it, and just plain forgot to deodorize ourselves that morning on our way out the door, well there is no excuse for us at all! NONE!!! And once you realize your mistake and you know you have when your armpits are sticking together, you try to borrow someone’s deodorant (like someone actually brings their deodorant with them to work, church, shopping, etc.) and to no avail you have found no one with any. So the next thing you try to do is borrow some cologne. When that doesn’t work you are asking to take off a few to go to the store and buy some or stopping by a store on your way to church or shopping, etc. When you get to that store, look at the Following product and consider it. Now once again I am going to share with you one of my favorite products.

Suave® Ultimate Protection Shower Fresh Anti-Deodorant. (Yes another Suave® product, I love Suave®! I’m a budget girl what can I say?) Now after I shower using my Suave Naturals™. I use my Suave® deodorant. I like the way it smells, and it goes on smoothly and not clumpy. There is no residue left behind and the product dries fast, not allowing any to get onto my clothing. The fresh scent smell is just for me. The scent does not interfere with any colognes that I may choose to wear.

The Product Suave® Ultimate Protection, Shower Fresh soft solid Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant is the strongest form of dryness protection available. Suave® works as well as more expensive brands for less. (I have to say here that this statement by Suave® is true.)

The Container Suave® deodorants comes in several sizes and scents. The one that I bought this time around is a Net Wt 2.7oz. (76g). Blue with white and navy blue writing. It has a white cap with a plastic covering that is clear. There is a knob at the bottom of the container that you turn to allow the product to come out at the top. The knob makes a clicking sound as you turn it. (Normally I use the Suave® Deodorants that do not have this knob. But I had a coupon for this one and tried it. I have used Suave® Deodorants for as long as I can remember, so I figured why not? It was a product that I have trusted for years. However I have to admit that I do not care for the knob at all. But after using for a few weeks I have gotten more use to it.) The container itself is a harden plastic.

Ingredients As always check the ingredients to be sure you are not allergic to any of them. Active ingredients: aluminum Zirconium Trichlorohydrex GLY. Other ingredients: Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, C18-36 Acid Triglyceride, Microcrystalline Wax, Silica, Fragrance (Parfum), Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Vegetable Oil (Olus), Glyceryl Oleate, Propylene Glycol, BHT, t-Butyl Hydroquinone, Citric Acid. (Again I have to say that I would love to hear those spelling bee kids spell some of these words.! I can’t pronounce them much less spell them without looking and even then they are tough…lol!)

Caution Apply to underarms only. Do not apply to broken skin. It rash develops, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions Apply to underarm until desired area is covered.. (Duh! That’s not hard at all. Sometimes these companies treat us like morons! Well there might one or two out there I suppose that truly doesn’t understand how to apply, which would be obvious since they don’t wear deodorant to begin with, hence the smell that they carry like I said above.)

The Cost The different sizes cost differently which would be obvious. But like I said earlier, I had a coupon for the Suave® Ultimate Protection Shower Fresh Scent and tried it. The regular cost was $1.97 at my local Wal-Mart, with a $1.00 off I only paid .97 cents for it. I normally pay $1.47 for the other Suave® deodorant that I use, same size, which is fresh scented as well, but does not have the clicking knob. The prices will vary from store to store and will be slightly higher at grocery and drug stores. Check around for the best price, and look for those coupons, they do make a difference. And don’t forget about the sells going on within the store you are purchasing from. (looking at my math here that would be .50 cents more for that clicking knob!)

How I Feel about Suave® Like I have stated in my other reviews about Suave® products, I trust the name and trust the product that I buy made by them. This deodorant is a great product and like I already stated above it goes on smoothly, and does not clump. There is no white residue left behind, and I have had no problems with the product getting on my clothes. The fresh scent is pleasant and I have used deodorants made by Suave® for many years. So the next time you are in the market for trying a new deodorant, look at this one. You may find that you like it and that it works well for you. I hope that this has helped in some kind of way.
