Guys after readin all your reviews and comments one thing i clearly understand is you people are expecting everything should be happend on fingure tips. Never expect such a thing especially with corporates. Hell lot of policies will be there to cross check and on top of client feedback is must for a...ny intake. Also client feed back time taking will be dependent on the time when you got interviewed. If your interview is happend just before any holiday period (freeze period) or year ending periods (some clients March, some clients September, Some on December). So many things will impact on time to get the feed back from client. Also initiator of this review, is asking why dont they take telephonic from his place alone. Dont you know these days how many proxy interviews are happening? that is why corporates ask you to come to their premises. Unlike small companies, companies such as Accenture is having their SME (Subject Matter Experts) mobilized in different locations, for example .Net SME's could be there Bangalore SAP SME's could be there in Gurgaon, since interivews can be taken by SME's they will do it telephonic, there is nothing wrong init. Also youa re questioning about why they made you to wait? i will ask you one thing, you said that you were not able to give an interview because your supervisors are watching you always. For you, your supervisor is boss, for them their project issues is boss. Any company should give priority to resolve the issues / deliverables that are to be done to client. Interview process is low priority when compared to resolving issues. So stop thinking negative alwaysRead More

Shubh Jewellers are advertising as real price per gram, which might not be correct in real, as they show upto 8% more than today's market rate. But still they are better and economical than all the other jewellers who will add more than 10% in normal items to 30% in designer items. On top ...Read more

200 on 2800 is of just 7 percent, all other jewellers on the name of wastage, making charges etc etc they will add atleast 20 percent to the base price, i agree that they are not sticking to exactly today's market price, but still they are economical when compared to all other greedy jewellers

Yes you can very well buy Crux on behalf of Unicorn, but you should really know the engineering difference before switching from other vehicles to Yamaha. Other vehicles requires clutch riding, where as Yamaha doesn't requires much of clutch riding.

Also you asked about YBR 110, and you are saying that dealer promised 80 kmpl, which is absolutely false information. 50 to 55 KMPL is reasonable in heavy traffic, 55 to 60 is reasonable in normal traffic, 60 to 65 is reasonable on highways for YBR 110 also it depends on how efficient rider you are,... if you keeps on accelerating and decelerating the accelerator, then you won’t see good mileage, always you should go on consistent and economy speed which is between 40 to 60 kmph and also if you use clutch a lot, it will reduce the mileage as the pumping of fuel will be more when you use clutch. Your another doubt, why you are not able to see more Yamaha bikes when compared to HH bikes, reason is simple, while riding Yamaha bike one should be well known the difference and the one should following those differences in riding aspects. Since people are more experienced with clutch riding, they can’t enjoy the supremacy of Yamaha bikes and they won’t prefer them much. That’s the reason you can’t see Yamaha bikes more on roads when compared to HH, Bajaj, TVS. It’s all not because of inability of rider; it’s mainly because of the engineering difference in Yamaha and others. I CAN CLEARLY TELL YOU, YAMAHA YBR 110 IS A VERY GOOD BIKE, BUT ONLY THING IS YOU SHOULD REALLY KNOW THE DIFFERENCE IN RIDING STYLE OF OTHERS AND YAMAHA, IF YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE AND ALSO YOU FOLLOW IT, THEN YOU WILL REALLY LOVE RIDING AN YAMAHA BIKE.Read More

CC alone doesn't matter for mileage and pickup. Yamaha bikes itself have an example for that. RX100 is of 100CC YBR 125 is of 125CC RX100 will hardly give 35 to 39 km mileage, where as Yamaha YBR 125 CC is giving more than 50 km mileage, so CC is no way related to mileage. In the same way... RX100 bike pickup, we can never see at least in 150CC bikes of Yamaha it well. Pickup depends on BHP (Boiler Horse Power), RPM (Rounds per Minute) Torque of an Engine Torque is measured to calculate the force to move an object. BHP means how much horse power it can produce using the steam produced by the combustion happened in the engine. RPM means how many rounds an engine can make in a minute. CC is just a unit to measure Engine's displacement. Engine displacement is the volume swept by all the pistons inside the cylinders of an engine. Pickup and mileage depends on how much combustion of fuel is happening per a specified unit. In a Human body, heart is the one which is pumping blood to all the organs, in the same way Carburetor is for bike. Carburetor is the one which will pumps fuel for combustion. Our manufacturers are preparing two types of carburetors First one is pickup efficient Second one is mileage efficient Pickup efficient carburetors are meant to pump more fuel for combustion, and these are extremely used in Yamaha bikes. Since the pumping of fuel in general itself is high in volume, there is no need to use clutch so much with Yamaha Bikes. Second kind of carburetors are mileage efficient which won't pump too much fuel continuously and these are used in HH, Bajaj, TVS etc bikes. In this category carburetors, fuel won’t be pumped very high and that’s why we need to use clutch a lot with these HH, Bajaj, TVS etc bikes. Pressing a clutch will trigger carburetor to pump more fuel than the actual specified volume. Hope all this information will give you how mileage, pickup and heat are dependent on different aspects.Read More

Hey Maddiralam, after reading your post, what i clearly understood is you seems to be used HH bikes lots of times, you should remember one thing while switching to Yamaha from HH/Bajaj/TVS bikes. HH, Bajaj, TVS bikes pick up is not great so riders of those bikes need to use clutch a lot while riding... it, to avoid, middle road stops because of speed breakers, traffic etc. So what i understood is you are using clutch a lot for Yamaha as well as you use to do with HH/Bajaj/TVS bikes, and that style of riding is absolutely wrong when you are particularly riding a Yamaha Bike. This i have practically seen with my yamaha bike, once my dad was riding my Yamaha bike and he complained saying that its getting over heated, then the same distance with same level speed i took a chance to ride, and i haven’t seen any such heating up. So i went along with my Dad and asked him to ride after me sitting back side, then i clearly noticed, he was using clutch alot as if he is riding HH splendor bike. More usage of Clutch will cause engine heat particularly with good pickup bikes like Yamaha. Also as Mr.Lobo adviced, check the engine oil level once.Read More
