My humble request request to anyone thinking of buying an A/c whether split or window is, please. please go for any other brand but Hitachi, their service standards are very very poor and from the 80's better known as the'License Raj' era. If there was a negative star rating I could give on MouthSh...ut I would have given. I had bought a 1.5 tonne A/c around 2 years back in Bangalore and it worked Ok, however I believe its performance is mediocre, definitely not at par with the premium that this brand charges its customers. Neither the cooling is that great, nor its very silent, it creates its fair share of noise. Bottom line: The service of Hitachi is extremely poor and delayed and there is no consideration for the customers pain. They are just a Big Brand and making the sales due to their name, nothing else. Go for a brand that gives you a good and quick service or at least sets your expectations right.Read More
