Easycab of Delhi is terrible. I liked the services at Bangalore & Hyd. I tried their service at Delhi for pick up at 3:00 - 3:15 PM from Panjabi Bagh to airport. I booked the same around 1:45 PM or so. I neither got the confirmation SMS nor the cab driver's details as I would get in Bangalore.

First of Birlas are no jokers to start wihout doing some ground work. I am sure you would have heard about Birla Institute of Pilani, which is a great Institution. Even BIT Ranchi was a good college. And, if you think Birlas will commit suicide by seeing your mail, you are greatly mistaken. Any one ...will respect feedback with proper comments.
I am not sure what is your problem. Is it just that you do not like south indians? You say, South Indians can nto speak english & hindi, as if your Bihari & UP friends master English ! In fact the teaching in Engineering colleges was done in Hindi in northern states as the local students would not understand English !!
You have seen one side of Lolla Kutty. Did you ever watch her? Did you realise the instant humor/wit she can offer?
And one goes to a College to study, not to look for alternatives of Idli & Dosas.
I did my Engineering in Bihar and we never complained about food as that can be managed, if you are interested in your education.
Do you know how many north Indians live in south ?
Is any one complaining.
Be mature. What would you do in future, if you have to work in a place you do ot get roti, parathas and the north Indian stuff? You better stay back in Ranchi or Dhanbad!
If you had any genuine problem, you can sit back and find a solution. And not write against your own college.
Anyway, better analyse yourself about what is important to you and talk to yourself, given the ground realities, how to cope up with issues.
