GRT is purely profit oriented and do not care to serve customers. Among the big name jewellers in south india it is surely the worst. Among the big name jewellers I would suggest Bhima is better. GRT have very costly making charges for both gold and silver waay higher than any other jeweller. They d...o not have buy-back policy. If one needs to sell gold for cash in emergency they DO NOT BUY BACK AND INSTEAD GIVE A CASH RECEIPT FOR FUTURE GOLD BUYS!! These people are looters, completely avoid this shop. Only shop here for very traditional items like thirumangalyam which may be tough to get at other places. Avoid buying chains, idols or bullion from this place!!Read More
