I did the same. I called them only for preventive maintenance, and the executive came the next day with a new UPS. However, after warranty period is over, they hardly bother about you. :-)

Well, my mistake I did not post my review earlier. Otherwise you could have saved yourself by getting this service. I am facing the similar issues and planning to go back to my cable operator or buy Airtel's cable TV. I am really sick of the bloody Aks IPTV.
