It seems the delivery person himself has stolen the consignment. He came and delivered the consignment after so many calls and emails. He told multiple things which is doubting .. 1. He told he is coming by bus -- but he came with a scooter !! 2. He told they are delivering to my area on SUNDAYS !...-- but Sunday normally is a holiday to all ! 3. As per their web site the delivery is happened on 12th to a wrong person without sign and mobile number is the delivery sheet.... !! 4. He came with a new delivery challan and AWB number erased !!! You are 100% right. They never inform customer about delay. Once It happened to me (I14091201532) Sept 14th I placed the order and I called them after 10 days .. That time their irresponsible support executive is telling 'Sir we do not have the product in stock and we are not expecting it.' Then... I have requested a cancel and refund. I tried 3 times for recharging DISHTV for Rs 500 with multiple bank accounts. 2 from Citi Credit Card and one from SBI Onine Bank .. all failed due to rechrgeitnow technical problem. Not dependable online service. I have done the recharge at last from paytm.com No online services can play monopo...ly now because other competitive providers are coming up with better service and better customer support.Read More
