Hi Sujai, Asin & Bala, thanks for your comments. And Bala the branch we had visited was the Anna Salai, Chennai one. It's been years now. I do understand it helps escalating, but now it is totally out of my purview :( But if you note I appreciated the manager and the housekeeping lady too. So there... was one person who truly spoilt the whole impression for us. But I wouldn't go back to that branch or even suggest anyone doing that either...but opinions do differ...:) Someoneelse may be happy!Read More

Your review was too good! And yes, I have been through a very bad experience with ICICI Credit Cards too. Would write about it in sometime!
