Delivery Returned, Unresponsive customer service
DTDC Courier

I had made online purchase and the same has been by DTDC. When I tried to track my consignment it is in transit. So I called the DTDC customer care. After several attempts I was successful. I was informed the courier has reached and I will be intimated shortly when it will be delivered., In the even...ing again they called me and told me they will let me know the status the next day. On the nextday, when I found no phone call came, I again tried calling the customer care in right earnest. But no luck, I could not get through the hurdle of cuxtomer care. Recorded message was being transimitted that the customer care exectives are busy. So with no opiton available I called the nearest office of DTDC who told me that they have not received the package for delivery and If I want I could go and raise a complaint in their Central office. I called my consignor and explained to him the sitation. But the mystery is yet to be solved. I am yet to receive the package and do not know where it is lying. Their websites does not show any entry after it has left the place from it was dispatched. How to trust these guys. Hence forth, I wil ask everybody not to approach DTDC.Read More
