After trying the customer care for more than 2 weeks.. I got the line to them day before yesterday and they finally refunded yesterday.''LESSON LEARNT : NEVER EVER OPT FOR EMI IN LETSBUY.COM'' And thx for LSB for refunding the money after a long wait.

Hi gejo..they said it might take 7 to 10 days.So as they told.withing 7 days my refund for the second order happened. But didnt happen for the 1st one yet. I called my credit card merchant and they told like if not claimed within 30 days it will be refunded back to ma account.

I ordered on 11th October for a harddisk and the transaction failed after paying the amount.4000 was debited but Failed in their site.From that day till now am begging like anything to them just to refund the money. Those people not picking up the call and not responding to emails. My order no w...as LSB-472238. Is there any way to call those guys and tell them to refund the money ?Read More

Even i bought a harddisk which was ordered on 12th October and i received it today without the Diwali gift.. Dont knw what those guys are thinking..
