When I was talking there speciality there are many specialities of kumar builders eg 1 : In the environment point of view there is the fresh atmosphere is very important for the high standards residential societies so in that case Kumar builders are put a free space in the in between the all the society.

Buying a flat at kul utsav was a complete hassle free experience I heard alot negative but I thought to meet and personally check everything and then book a flat and let me tell you i bought a ready possession flat at kul utsav which is a dream come true experience for me. I am very Happy with Kumar Builders for building my dream home at Kul utsav. We have always leaned towards a luxury home but then the general prices were way on the higher side. However KUL Kumar Builders in Pune brought the best of both worlds - in terms of price and luxury and I have to say that this is the best decision I have made.

Kumar Utsav Kul Kondhwa Project Is Very Beautiful, Very Good infrastructure they are giving to this project, the main thing kul is trouble with many schools, shopping places, hospitals, tech park. With all those facilities we are spending more time at home and less on roads, I have a great experience with kul kondhwa. You make my living life very well.
