Yes, TC is still a great place to hang out. It has certainly survived the onslaught of mushrooming pubs all over delhi , and I believe the reason for its survival is due to the following:

Delhi is not a very rock-friendly place. at least, that’s the way a hard-core bombayite who’s just moved into delhi Percieves it. Which is why the discovery of tc was like finding an oasis in the desert....
