I bought Su-Kam Inverter from Novo Traders of Chennai 4 Years Back. They are really Good in Service.I never called them for Service But they are doing regular check up with the inverter once in 3 Months. I like there service and recommend to all my friends....

The overall impression of the inverter is not so bad, It is easily available withg most of the dealers in your locality. performance s also not so bad, Even after sales secvice provided by the company (at least in the NCR of Delhi) is up to satsfactory...

We bpught thid inverter on 19th June 2005. It conked off in October 2006, well within 18 months.On complaints to the service centre in Gurgaon made them send a service man who fiddled with some wires inside and claimed that the unit was rectified....
