LG Service has been completely outsourced and they do not have spares. And their products fail invariably after a year! I had a disastarous experinece this Diwali!Even a brand new product that fails cannot be serviced by their dealers...

Although we have been using a LG GR 312M model for over 5 years now but I am not satisfied with the cooling performance or capacity of this product and I feel that our refrigerator does not give as much space as a comparable model from Godrej or Kelvinator...
