Read the part where I have commented about the billing part - how stupid a person could be in tata indicom - that proves it.. i am just fed up.. More over when you call up the customer service - they just get frustrated on us and they start shouting at us - at times they even hang up on us... Amazing support..... Hey You guys really need to listen to this - The latest issue which I am facing after all the initial set of problems I had to undergo with the support - As I had told before I am using an unlimited plan, which means I need to pay 1500+tax which comes to 1680 overall and i can use the connection 24 ...hrs every day. So ideally that means I should have any issues with credit limit and account barring until and unless i donot pay the bill....... But surprisingly today My account got barred and when I call the support they say My account is barred because I have crossed the credit limit. It was shocking - First of all they keep bouncing me here and there before reaching the right dept nd this is the answer which i get - after fighting with them atlast got a supervisor from the contact center online and she explained me their stupid policy - they have a limit of 1500/- Rs on the bill amount it seems and if we cross that they will bar the account it seems - but for an account in which by default the bill comes to 1680/-, how can they have a credit limit of 1500/- which sounds stupid - when i said thes the answer again from the supervisor is when i take a connection they set a limit of 1500 and based on my monthly usage they will increase the credit limit itseems - Again i was shocked to listen to their stupid logic - I am using an unlimited connection - even if i use the internet connection 24 hrs every day, still I my7 monthley bill is gonna be 1680 every month and it is not gonna change and on what basis are they gonna check my usage - I had to spend around 1hr 30 mins on call getting dumped all around the world and atlast got the account activated - God knows will I have to undergo this pain every month....Read More

Its really sad... this is the first time I'm hearing such a complaint... They just don't know to respect customers. I'm really not happy with the speed and the service for the money which I'm paying. My friend who is staying near by has got a reliance Win Max connection which is ideally supposed to ...be one of the pathetic connection because of the technology used in it - We did a comparison between my so called photon connection and his connection - and I had to bend down before him and he is just oaying 700 bucks per month, where in I'm paying 1,500/- + 3,500/- initially. Without even asking to myself I got an answer ' I was really a fool to go for photon connection'Read More

Even I feel they are too greedy... It used to be the best hospital when it was launched and even i used to walkin to appolo for anything and everything, I never realised the money going out of my pocket. But one of my friend had some food poisoning issue and we took her to appolo and u wont believe ...it, the amount she had to spend for it was 21,000 for 2 days. and more over she had to struggle to get the insurance money reimbursed... Thats when I was co relating wat ever i had to undergo with what she had to and the same kind of stuffs has happenned to me aswell. Since it was regarding my families health, i never thought should i spend this much money. As far as i know, they are bit greedy, not just one , many of my friends have had bad experiance regarding the moeny part.Read More

I completely agree to you guys, The service is just pathetic. I am a bangalorian and took this so called Photon connection which was supposed to give a higher speed. The dealer whom i took it from clearly told me that it wont go upto 2.5 MBPS, but he can confidently say the speed wont be less than 8...00KBPS.. The real factor is forget about 800 Kilo Bytes per Sec, I am not even getting 80 Kilo Bits per second, which is just ridiculous.. I believe i have wasted Rs 3,500/- in purchasing the device, for which I cannot get a refund from anyone....Read More
