Never go for sony product unless you have a lot money to spent I have purchaged soni bravia around 2.5 years back by going through review of it by paying around RS. 30k. I had more option at that time with this same price and more feature. But I selected it due to very big brand name in the segm...ent of LED TV. for paying 30k for TV for a lower middle class family is really very hard and it required to manage other high pririty things in live. Now after 2.5 year I am facing issue with its display and it shows vibrating image on the screen. I complained customer care on 13 Aug and again called on 16th of aug. finally on 17th Aug engineer from AP Netwrok came and by seing TV screen, and without doing any other effort, he told that your screen had problem and need to be replaced with new one. he gave me an estimate of around 14k. This was really very shocking for me that after spending 30k we need to again spend 15k and with just 1 year guarantee. it means after 1 year definitely it will scrap and again i need to spend 15 k again. So, when I purchased TV by assuming it would spend around 10 - 15 year was totally wrong. and than released that, my decision to believe in Sony, was totally wrong. This is my experience for buying Sony product. Now sharing after sale service experience :- first time I called customer care on 13 august and technician visited on 17th. the technician was very rude when he called me for appointment on phone and also when he visited home for technical support was also very rude. He even did not know the sentiment of the customer that I spend 30 k for tv and just after 2.5 year I again spend 15 k for the same product. after that I again called customer care on 18th Aug to send some senior and decent technician as I was not satisfied with the previous one.
