Very disappointing to say the least!

I needed to return & provide an updated review for fernsnpetals. Despite my disappointing experience. I must add that I am pleased with their prompt & swift response to sort matters out. Since time was of essence in this case (25th Anniversary celebration) & it would have been futile to accept their... offer to deliver the goods on the next day. My request for a refund was accepted without delay. I am also aware that as a customer you do have certain legitimate rights which you could exercise without resorting to abuse. Which I did. So I sincerely hope that fernsnpetals pull their socks up & get their act together to make not just some but most of their customers happy! I did receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent by family through you back in October delivered promptly on my 50th! There are few things that impact a brand’s reputation more than the way it responds to complaints and unhappy customers. The internet and social media give individuals their own platform to publish information. & frustrations! You may have turned an unhappy customer into a valuable resource!Read More
