As someone who can play a few instruments, ur revu really is very useful.. Was kinda surprised, learning music is such a vast, vast topic n you managed to sum it up so well! (N without exceeding the character limit. *clap*) Yeah, classical music.. it's demanding but just as (if not more!) rewardi...ng, particularly in the advanced stages. I mean, you can just drown yourself in Chopin and if you can do classical, it'll be easier to do other lighter songs by ear than say, the other way round. And.. nice finishing line! Very punny. No, the 'r' ain't silent - it's very noisy. I applied for UWC earlier this year, got rejected though. :( But I guess that was a blessing in disguise, since I ended up clinching another longer scholarship. :) Great to hear you r studying at an UWC, make the most out of it!!! Out of curiosity, what profession are you in now?? And in your review, you have eliminated all the usual reasons one has for wanting to be a doc (helping ppl, $$$, love of biology).. Soo what motivations you think justifies someone taking up medicine as a career? Or do you mean to say that no ...matter what, medicine should never ever be a career choice nowadays?? Cool review. :-) Yeah, orkut's fun n all, esp communities, which is abt the only feature i truly appreciate bout orkut - it's so easy to join n find ppl with same interests! [unlike that friendster] I owe a lot to orkut, n also got to know some ms freinds whom i didn't know well on ms.. like you! :D... hehe! And about Hi5 being easier to personalize - that's what i don't like about it. Some profiles are a major eyesore and some freaks even have their font colours so hard to read we have to highlight everything.. And strangers asking to be friends?? *Very* irritating. -P.Read More
