Both Yatra and Makemytrip are frauds. In fact all such Indian companies are. They never give back money once they take it. I lost money with Makemytrip for a bus journey in which the operator had no bus!!! I suggest to use Agoda.co.in for your future bookings for hotels. I used it for my Malaysi...a vacation and they were good. Also when I cancelled a booking they promptly returned all money back to my credit card account. I had requested to cancel my card a year back, ended up paying 3k without using to close the connection and still they call me to... pay balance of 250 Rs!!!
