You have put the mobile phone in the luggage of cabin baggage ? I think u have put that in the luggage . thats a mistake . You should have small valuable things like certificate / mobile phones /pda with you . Now about the stolen stuff , look luggages are handled by airport ground staff , not ...any specific stuff from any airliner. they only supervises it . Now it happened that the counter lady to whom you have said you have a mobile phone in your bag, she may called the groundman to steal it ....thats somewhat confusing because they dont face each other and geographycally separated . again You have done another mistake that u didnt kept those under locks . And your 3rd mistake is you have a trust in private airlines that too low cost spice jet . However I can tell you same stuffs ( air-crew members pilots ) will gather experience and will join Indian/AI/or foreign airlines 2-3 year later .Read More
