Hi Socrates, I agree with you. I am very happy with the ADSL performance - the only thing I have tried to bring out in my ereview is service given by MTNL. I took your advice and my brother took a half off to go to the exchange and after a lot of effort got the no. of Mr. Piyush who is DGM.
