I guess this is not an educated review. How many 7 seaters in India provide better 3rd row experience than Ertiga today? I am not you won't find even half of the comfort what ertiga manages in a 40% more expensive innova and about double expensive Endeavour.

Tata Motors finally has reacted to my problems after I dumped my vehicle at their Wasan Motors Service Center. Many changes and modifications have been done based on my complaints like changing the steering column & installing a bush in steering to get rid of noise, Middle seat replacement, middle r...ow bottleholder replacement, dashboard replacement, rear cup holder fixing, bumper re-fixing to reduce gaps, ORVM replacements etc. However I am yet to see the effect of all these changes on this engineering blunder. Nothing done on the suspension which is the major problem of this vehicle.Read More

I have already gathered all the documents neccessary for filing a complaint in consumer court. Will be filing a case very soon for getting rid of this junk.

I will join you in your effort to get some justice as I have been sufferring from this junk from last 13 months. Its been really bad experience. Let me know if anything can be done through the legal way as you know how efficient our judiciary is. Infact even I have a simple point to make and that is... to get a replacement as the old version is full of engineering and execution defects.Read More

I hope you find this vehicle satisfying, however my experience is just the opposite. It certainly looks much better than what it actually is. I have been using this from last 1 year and have faced all sorts of problems in these 12 months. Every part of this junk is faulty. Bad interiors, crude exter...ior finish, horrendous ride & handling, faulty steering, rusting body, etc etc etc... the list is never ending. I sincerely hope that you remain happy with this however with my experience I feel thats really remote possibility. NEVER BUY A TATA CAR.Read More

Hello Umesh, Good to know that you are in states as I am in Virginia as well at the moment. My US contact number is 804 402 2826 and you can call me in India on +91 9029 000 782. I spoke to Tata guys on the probability of getting MK II amendments done on MK I but they replied by saying tha...t suspension system cannot be changed. Infact they say that even the interior trims and plastics cannot be changed due to design differences. The most concerning issue is about Suspension and Steering. As i stated before that this vehicle bounces like a rubber ball with the present suspension setup and to make the problem more grave, the steering column is faulty and develops play within 100 KMs of driving. I got the steering column changed but the new one started making all sorts of noise within no time. As usual Delphi (Steering system suppliers) engineer had no answer to this. The only response that i got from him was that Tata engineers did not listen to their recommendation of having a single piece steering column and Delphi was asked to supply steering system with joints. Its a hopeless company that just knows how to cheat people and use our hard earned money for their R&D. We are nothing more than experiment subjects for them. I am thinking of taking the legal route but you know how fast Indian judiciary is. I just want everyone to know the real Tata's and beware of this cheat organization. NEVER BUY A TATA CAR...... I completely agree with you friend. I have this piece of junk and I have faced all sorts of problems and still continue to be troubled with this so called MUV. Tatas should be bycotted for launching such an immature and un-tested product. The vehicle lacks is each and every department. Riding grande... makes you feel as if you are sitting in a rubber ball that keeps tossing on every little bump. God save Tata's.......
