Take enough care while investing in any project.Their modus of operandi is very simple, they will lure you with prices little less than market price and make you sign up for villa.I am one of the victims who has fallen into this trap. I had paid 25% for 'Ridgewood' in 2012 and till now there is no f...urther progress. After months of follow up, they have categorically declined to either refund or completely develop. In short they said 'Send me a notice and do what ever you can'. This means, they are prepared for all legal consequences and have least respect to Indian judiciary.
