Welcome onboard . Glad to know you too have brought a Fiat car from the Tata stable. I am very happy with my Adventure. Its a beauty with brains. My average fuel consumption is around 10 after second service and being in Mumbai its a damn good average.

I agree with your funda.
I too drive exclusively in Mumbai city. Heads turn, believe me. I have no issue with the FE.
I have just completed the first service and the car is better than before... Trust me .
I am happy with my choice. Going forward, i dont kno...w about Fiat's developmental plans in India but as of now i am optimistic and am sure things will improve....

Hey. Sorry. There was a typing error. The price is 5.61 lacs after dealer discount of 0.67 lacs
The on road price was 6.31 lacs.Net i paid was around 5.61 lacs.
Also, SBI gave me a discount in the EMI per month which works out at nearly 1000 Rs per mth.
Are you being overcharged in Hyderabad ?

Thanks for all the posts and comments. Its so enlightening. I am the proud owner of a Fiat Adventure (I brought mine on 15th December) and let me tell you she is gr8888. I think this car is very underrated and under priced. FE wise, i go wid Ashtrix and think technically he has th...e right reasons. The only black sheep in the entire story is Poor Poor Service standards. Tata is poorly inclined to provide proper service. My car has not some creaking sound which i am sure would be taken care of post first service. As of now, the mileage has been pathetic (6 km/l) but thats also bcoz, i am constantly driving in first and second and that too in worst traffic conditions (S V Road, Andheri to S V Road, Goregaon) and if someone knows these roads than the 6 km/litre is explanable...Read More

Hey Bhavna,
I saw Dor based on your recommendation. My entire family loved it. It was slow in parts but the overall product was very enriching. The bonding between Meera and Zeenat was captured wonderfully. Thanks satish. Its high time we took up against such nonsensical attitude. Everyone nows a new car comes in with plastic sheets. The odometer shud show not more than 50 kms. This is daylight robbery.
When i had my test drive, it was a brand new adventure. I asked the dealer if i was the first one t...o test drive. he told me that they dont have any adventures specifically earmarked for test drive but he was also quick to add that the same car would hencefort be used for the test drive.
The car is a marvel. Its safe, secure and full of speed...
Its unfortunate that these Tata dealers like fortune palm off second hand stuff.
Please go ahead and at least make a written complaint !! It may help.Read More

Its rather unfortunate.
You must file a complaint with the Consumer Grievance Redressal Cell.
Else, you may just have to live thinking all the time about this nonsense.
I own an adventure too. Its a superb product - a little heavy on the fuel though.
Also, i recommend you visit fiatclubindia.com... and let the folks out there know too.
It may help as future prospective buyers will be wary.Read More
