I checked with ecabs team recently about these issues , they told me that some of their competitors try to represent themselves as ecabs representatives at airport and try to take away their customers and charge extra from them and provide bad service. They told me that they must only and only ta...lk to the call center and let the call center manage the cab and driver. As you may know there are so many bad guys all around airport to cheat customer and hence u should not trust anyone.. and let their call center manage everything. In case you are asked for extra money never pay and do not leave the airport unless you have talked to ecabs call center and confirmed you Driver name and number. Read More
