...alrite..i think your comparison between bangalore and bombay is incorrect...you already agreed bangalore's infrastructure is crumbling...with a 2 million population ( just a guess )...and bombay has 12 million with some 4-5 millino in nearby cities who come to bombay nearly e'day
bombay is not... a future city..its already in the future..the question is can bangalore handle the future and overcrowding ?
bombay already has the best transportation system in the world..inspite of its population and fyi the road level pollution of bangalore , delhi and pune is higher than bombay..coz of bombay's public transport and ban on autorickshaws in most of the places ...trust me i know this for sure
also about bangalore aiport and pleasing smile and all...thats not a review about a city dude...u got a pleasing smile doesnt mean e'body did ...thats a incorrect thing to be included in a review mate
u wont talk about the biggest slum in the world...well maybe coz u dont know its the biggest leather industry in the world..and it can surely compete in terms of money with the IT industry of bangalore :DRead More

..the review is good..but just to point a few things..
just because of one incident your husband experience..the whole city doesnt have a heart ? hehe
probably u werent there to see the signs across many hospitals in bombay which said ' we dont need more blood ' , after the mumbai bomb blasts

You asked how many matches we won because of Sachin ..i dont have those statistics
But I know India won 28 off the 37 matches Sachin made a century in :)
That sure is a match winning performance.
Maybe you should check his statistics once again and edit your review.

Sachin has scored some 37 ODI centuries. We have won 28 of those matches. The last match he scored the centure was 141 off 135 balls against Pakistan. He didnt finish the game off..but hez not that type of cricketer..
what u want him to be michael bevan , inzamam , lance klusener in one or what ?

Bangalore...: The success of India's hi-tech and outsourcing industry was built on Bangalore, but the city where the boom began has now become a victim of its own success.
The rapid growth is putting major pressure on the city's already congested roads and software firms complain that acute power cuts are taking a toll on business.
According to the Software Technology Parks of India, which facilitate hi-tech exports, 284 technology firms have set up base in the 'Silicon Valley' of India over the last two years taking the total to 1,322.
'We all believe that the infrastructure problem is serious here. To sustain and grow, we need to go to places where there are opportunities -- both manpower and infrastructure,' said Azim Premji, the chief of Wipro, India's third largest software exporter.
'We have not seen any infrastructure growth in the last five years in Bangalore and we do not foresee any growth in the next five years. It is difficult to sustain in Bangalore,' said Premji, who is India's richest person.

He said Wipro, of which he owns 84 percent, was looking to expand not in Bangalore but in other Indian cities that have tried to woo IT including Hyderabad,Pune ,New Delhi and Kolkota.
Karnataka is still growing with a 46 percent jump in software exports in the last fiscal year due to burgeoning outsourcing by Western companies.
At four billion dollars last year, Karnataka's software exports account for one-third of the total across India.

..nice points :) i wont say they are wrong..they are perfectly right..but you missed a few things
1 ) Dharavi ..the biggest slum in the world is also the biggest leather industry in the world. Its turnover might be more than a few other smaller cities of India.
Many slums in Bombay even have a... fridge , tv and floor tiles :P but sadly no house
Pollution in Bombay is high..but road pollution in bombay is lesser than places like Pune and Bangalore, because of less two wheelers and no rickshaws in some parts
bombay has the underworld..well thats obvious because all the millionaries stay out here...but magazines like business india and business today have always rated bombay as the safest city in india. a girl can go home at 1 o clock in the night very safely..unlike many other cities in india.

well..your comment had a few wrong facts :)
first..a million people have a great choice of music..so concerts go to bangalore..what a load of statistical crap
second, a few pubs are open all night ..for that one pub..we have about 100 in bombay which are open all night
third, software compa...nies..fat paychecks jealous :P not so much as you would think. There is a 26 storied building in bombay whose estimated yearly turnover is 80000 crores and no it doesnt emit any smoke. Now you add the total turnover of all software companies out there and see what the total is.
And btw if you want to say bad things about bombay's pollution..thats where you get your oil from..bombay produces 70 % of india's oil production :P
airport doesnt need much maintenance when only one or two international flights land per month..or maybe year :P
bangalore has trees..thats great i love nature..but i bet you didnt know bombay has the world's biggest national park within city limits ..out of bombay's 650 sq km area 110 sq kms is just the national park :)
and this wasnt about bombay being beautiful..any bombayite will say its the most dirty city in the world..but bangalore is not dirty..bangalore sucks :D

I cant understand why you are behind this review...its a known fact and it has come in papers that sterling and regal have the best sound system in the country.....
also it were the first theatres in the country to have digital dolby :) ...there is no doubt that no theatres in south can match the... quality of these theatres :) ..and dont forget sterling theatre is owned by the Tatas
and maybe u didnt understand 'crowd' ..the best babes models who stay in bombay are part of south bombay's colleges..now if u say u get this even in south...maybe your choice of crowd is a bit different than mine..so in that case..you can write your own review..

Sachin Tendulkar doesnt go and tell e'body to worship him..or goes and tells the media to write good things about him.. so your review i...s completely WRONG !

..i reviewed the quality of the theatres..and it was and is a fact that the sound system of regal and sterling is the best in the country..plus the crowd is the best..as its the best locality in bombay..u cant get that in south :)
fyi..sterling was the first theatre in the country to have digital... dolby system.
about ur reason of movies..regal and sterling dont play bollywood movies
