We are policy- holder of your Easy Health Floater Premium Policy No. 150100/11053/1000055481, since 28/12/2009. We have paid all premiums for continuous five (05) years regularly in time. We are entitled to claim expenses for medical Health check-up & Dental treatment & Spectacles as per Brochure o...f your schedule of benefits .We submitted all relevant papers and documents regarding claim of Health check-up expense & Dental treatment & Spectacles bill etc (Original copies) during the month of Dec 2013. But you REJECTED our claim entirely and also TERMINATED our policy whimsically without any reasonable cause. Then we lodged a complaint against you before the Insurance Ombudsman. We have received the copy of judgment order passed by the Insurance Ombudsman dated 27.11.2015, as stated below- AWARD “ Taking into account the facts & circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the parties during the course of hearing, All health check up expenses as per policy limit (excluding cost of medicines) and restoration of continuity of policies with all benefits is hereby awarded to be paid by the Insurer to the Insured, towards full and final settlement of the claim.” But you have sent cheque of Rs 13388/= only though our total claim was Rs 18520/= (excluding cost of medicines), so you have again partially REJECTED our claim, and thus you have IGNORED/VIOLATED the order passed by the Insurance Ombudsman intentionally/deliberately/whimsically. You have NOT paid us FULL payment till now. You are killing time to avoid payment to us. Again you have NOT REVIVED our policy TILL NOW , even after clear judgment order AWARD passed by the Insurance Ombudsman dated 27.11.2015, in this regard , thus you have IGNORED/VIOLATED the order passed by the Insurance Ombudsman intentionally/deliberately/whimsically.
