Btw..in case you have recently made the payments via credit card etc., you should urgently complain and raise a dispute with your bank. Some banks have a 60 days time period to raise a dispute. Plz have a check o...n this or you can even complain to banking ombudsman in case your bank does not cooperate. I guess I do not need to explain much in detail, since you might already be aware of the manner in which the club is being operated. 2) Gifted plot: Only sale or pur...chase done without any consideration can be called gifted. However, I have made a lumpsum full and final payment of Rs. 180,000 to purchase this plot. So, its totally wrong to call this a gifted property. I placed a lot of trust in your club inspite of all the harassment meted out to me. Also, I ignored the online complaints I had come across. Unfortunately, I have now come to realise that every word mentioned in those online complaints, and frustrations highlighted by your members are completely true. I have now joined a group of members who are and have gone through the same problems as faced by me after taking membership in Country Club. I also registered my complaint on ‘Mouthshut’ etc.; I noticed Club Mahindra has received such excellent reviews and its customers are so satisfied. Its shocking however that Country Club which is part of the same sector has reviews which are diametrically opposite to that of Club Mahindra. After paying nearly 5 lakhs to your club, I was under the false belief that I will have an excellent experience to be cherished for years to come, but this has turned out to be a totally harrowing experience. To: vreddy subba rao centralcustomercare@countryclubmail.com CC: lalitagupta Dear Mr Reddy, This is regarding a letter I received from Country Club on 12th Sept ‘16 confirming to me that the club is willing to finally register... the Kolad plot in my name; I have been following up on this matter since the past many years, but no one was willing to help me & I only received false assurances & then finally a flat refusal. Please also note here that due to the reluctance of anyone at the club to look into and resolve my matter earlier, I was forced to send you a legal notice. This too was ignored by your office, and so I have now taken this matter to court. There are a few points mentioned in the above letter which seem incorrect and can even be termed a blatant lie: 1) Club has made all the attempts to register my plot: I need to clarify to you that the club has taken absolutely no efforts to resolve my issue and help me out. I made a payment in Feb ‘09 to purchase this plot. However, it has been the worst decision to invest with your club. The club even misplaced Rs 90,000 paid by me. After a lot of efforts, I managed to gather details of the payment from my bank and handed this over to your staff. I was assured the matter was sorted, but I later realised no one had bothered to correct the mistake. I contacted and emailed every possible contact at the club including the much hyped ‘centralcustomercare’, but I did not receive even a courtesy reply from anyone. I was also refused a receipt for the amount paid by me. It was only on Mr. Subba Rao’s intervention that this matter was finally resolved this year. Also, the club kept promising me that my plot would be registered once fresh inventory would come up. I was also asked to pay Rs 1.50 lakhs towards registration & N.A. coversion charges.
