Hello Anupama, You have not writen any review of the store but only have complained. First of all your understanding of socially and environtmentally responsive stores is limited to just complaint books, reuse of plastic bags and fixing of a door to the spencer for saving energy (?). Would u tell... me which store in Bangalore is making manatory for the customers to bring their own bag for shopping. Further carry bags given to customers are only tip of the iceberg when compared to the products that come to supermarkets with packaged in materials that are not bio-degradable.
