Mine 2500+400 money is stuck with them for 3 months or so. No reply no callback. I am planning to file a cuonsumer court case. I request you also do so. Lets lodge a case and then only they will stop cheating public!!

This is very poorly managed pathetic company. I am soon going to sue them in consumer court. They have eaten my 3000/- Rs for 4 months and still now reply/regret from them!!

So shameful and pathetic are these crossroads People especially there manager Siddharth at no 07042656449 that theese people have not even replied or taken any action against my complaint for last one month.

Although it is a very beautiful place to visit but here are my list of negatives which discourage you to going there:
The Resort is almost 75 to 80 Km far from the nearest railway stn and more from the Jolly Grant Airport. This takes around 3 to 3.5 hours to reach.LARGE Travel time on Road.

crossroads It has been my biggest mistake to buy a door step service voucher for Rs 2499/- from you on Service Voucher 381323, dated 10th Feb 2017. But still not the service has been done.
You have very incompetent staff like Mr Siddharth(Senior Executive crossroads ) Mb no 07042656449 who doesn...9;t know how to fulfill commitment.
This guy commit to serve and back out at last moments. I have been duped 4 times in last month and still shamefully he commit for another service.
The height of irresponsibility is such that these guys never confirm or call themselves, I had to make 100s of call in last 1 month.
Pathetic, pl. donot buy anything from crossroads in future!! They are real crooks..Read More
