THEY GIVING INTEREST BUT NOT MAINTAINING OUR RECORDS SO WE CAN NOT ABLE TO VIEW ALL OUR INVESTED DETAILS & AMOUNT WITHDRAW DETAILS. NOT KNOWING HOW THE WITHDRAW WORK. IS THEY RETURN BASIC AMOUNT, INTEREST AMOUNT OR BOTH ? THERE SHOULD BE A SYSTEMATIC OPTION TO SEE ALL THE FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.

APP IS OK & WORKING WELL. BUT THEY SHOULD PROVIDE PASS BOOK FOR OUR INVESTMENT & WITHDRAW AMOUNT DETAILS. LONG TIME INVESTOR NOT ABLE TO CHECK IT. THE TRANSACTION SECTION OF THE APP IS NOT THAT MUCH FINE SO PASS BOOK IS VERY GOOD LIKE PAYTM.

Refund Full Money against Faulty Product

I can't belive this. My experience is too bad with Kaunsa. Last 1 month they are only responding on mail but not asking to Supplier, not giving replacement & not giving refund. They were charged me heavy charges for EMI & sent me the full bill without EMI. Believe me.... Ebay, Snapdeal, Indiatimes, ...Shopclues, Flipcart are very very better sites for online shopping in India. Please not go for some cheaper prodcucts & you will not be happy any more. Dont belive in the news like this as nothing will happen this way. We were watched enough time about the improvements in the situation but the situation is getting worst day by day. Do not expect any positive response from City or from Masood. They are not using their site for messages for their inv...estors & trying to delaying time as much possible. No way, we must now nedd to take legal action against company. The rally in Mumbai is the best way. After a big rally in mumbai, the investors form their locations can also arrange a rallys & a Press Note to publish in as many news papers publish in their cities. Dear All, As we were discussed too much from last 2-3 months, its now the time to react for the result. This is an only opportunity for us to vote & take back our investment with maximum possible interest. As all other expressed earlier, i am also requesting the investors who are going to particip...ate the meeting that please co-operate the company's proposal & vote as yes to solve the problem with minimal delay for repayment. We can demand for better rate of interest & minimum installments. The request is also to MR.MASOOD & company that they also accept some adjustment to their proposal looking that the investors were not received any money from last few months. So we also hopeful from the company & managment end that they should agree to alter the scheme some how & give some better returns with less installments with guarantee. As the Diwali festival is in front, we really waiting for a good announcement from Mr. Massood. I requesting him please co-operate with the present investors at the time of meeting & please ignore some things happen wrongly their by some investors as all we are mentally disturbed. Please MR. You are right anand, When compny is having its own website to communicate inbetween, its not clear that why they are not using this simple way rather than interviews to DNA or TOI etc. All investors are strictly referring all blogs & sites for any update. Instead if city management give us the inf...ormation on their site then its a good communication. This should also improve the faith of the investors towards company. If all old investors are right on their experience, we should rely on Mr. Massood & co-operate the company to come out from this situation. A repeated request to MR.Masood is that please be open to us. We was given you our money & you are bound to tell us what is going on. If you are going to shut down the company or not returning the money of such a sincere investors please clearly mention this also. Then people are free to suiside one after one.... whats more? All the investors are repeatadly demanding to you about the public statement, but you are not coming ahead. How can the investors give the support to company if there is always a negative approach from company side. There are lot of confusions about the meeting on 14th & 15th. Why MR.Masood is going to newspapers & other medias instead going to his investors? As we all know that the situation day to day going very bad as we are getting destroyed financially due to stop payment of our installments.
