I'm glad you're happy with metro. As far as I'm concerned if you have no problems they're ok but if you have a problem they do not want to hear about it. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They do NOT care. If you cancel with them they have millions more customers so you don't count.... This will catch up to them eventually. Try T-Mobile Flex Pay, No contarct and almost as cheap. I have been pre-paid w/T-Mobile for 7 years and just got flex pay for my teenage daughter. Great customer service, told metro to stick it (not that nicely) after 5months.Read More

I totaly agree with you. They have the best customer NO service around. They are the most rudest and anoying people I have ever dealt with. They are ok if you never have a problem but if you do forget it. They don' want hear about it and won't listen. They even hang up on you or ignore you if you go... to the store. Stupidest people I have ever done business with. Try T-Mobile Flex Pay. With the right plan almost as cheap but you get real customer service and good coverage. I hope you don't have any problems. If you do good luck. They are the most ignorant and rude people to deal with. If you have no problems they're ok even though coverage sucks. Feel the same way. They customer NO service. They are rude and very disrespectful. They will lie to you. I told them to stick it and went with TMobile Flex Pay plan.
