Those were the days The days of enjoyment, Love and care... When I think today I feel as if it was a night mare..... The days of softness, With full of cosyness... Fun, sports and excitement, No emotions and sentiment... Family, relatives and friends, That was how the day ends.. Full of innocence, Lots of tolerance... Never knew what is grievance... Books and studies Practicals and theories... Time for examination No fun and do revision.. Picnic and journey It was really funny... Gone, where those days ? Gone, where those days ? The words 'career' and 'emotion' seems to be an odd combination. But at times they may play a typical role and change your future. Let me share you an experience. Few years back my friend had to leave his hometown in order to build his career. He was selected for doing some courses in accountancy ....He had to settle in the capital city of the state and started living in a rented house ..cooking his own food, washing the utensils.....and at the same time continuing the professional course. He was cool and too innnocent...this behaviour of him proved to be dangerous....His simplicity was used as a weapon by some of his friends. As he had to meet his financial needs by means of part time work, he was further introduced to some of his rich neighbour by his friend so that he can take some tution earn some more ....and continue his studies. This rich family, knowing his weaknesses exploited him through every means and the limits crossed. Firstly he was asked to teach their granddaughter who was a student of class 9 in some convent school. ...He taught with sincerity .....and tried his best to make her better. Gradually the elderly showed sympathy towards my friend and asked him to have his dinner in their place ....My friend forgot his aim ...his career. The efforts that he had to put for his own studies was no more he started .....putting more efforts for the girl....dropping her in the school, attending to her useless needs....fully lost in the sea of emtions..... Finally he could not appear his exams...as he had prepared without any goal ...no results....His career remains incomplete... Your Best Friend Nawab Wahabul Haque Noida

In the present day of pollution, dirt, impurities and food adultration diseases are most common and human beings are sure to suffer if precautions are not taken. The most common are the diseases like jaundice, hepatitis etc. Let me share an experience. My friend was healthy and preferred to eat at home always, but as he had to go for tour quite often, he was forced to eat outside. Most of the time, he fell sick suffering from fever and bodyache. Thinking that his body was weak he started taking eggs. His fever was more and he vomited, suffering regularly from acute constipation...What can be the problem ? Its the viral hepatitis which was detected late and my friend suffers from jaundice badly. Apart from taking the general medicine he was advised to take complete bed rest with a diet having enough carbohydrates, glucose and liquid. However it took time to recover and it was very slow. Seeing his slow recovery I visited my hometown and consulted a herbspecialist for some medicine. They recommended to use the fresh leaves of Arahar Dal . The process goes like this.. it was required to wash the fresh leaves and then dip overnight in a glass (not the steel glasses) of water say for at least 12 hours, then squeeze the leaves on the same glass, mix some sugar and drink it and then carry on with the process atleast thrice a day, dipping fresh leaves again. This turned out to be very much fruitful. There was enough change within a short period ...he is recovering... Friends take care...protect yourself from the dangers....in normal times also you can use the leaves of Arahar Dal for a healthy liver. Your Best Friend Nawab Wahabul Haque Noida

Hi Friends wishing you all a happy Eid. After observing a fast of complete one month I feel that I need to enjoy and share the good moments of joy with all my friends, well wishers and with everyone in my country as well as abroad. My only prayers in the Eid Day would be for peace and harmony in the country. As our country suffers from blood shed, innocent deaths, violence, stampede and so on . Let the rewards of my sacrifice for the last one month go for the betterment of my country bringing peace and humanity which is the growing need of the hour, let it replace poverty with sufficient income, production and employment..... Once more wishing a happy Eid, lets make our nation wealthy, healthy and peaceful and free from terrorism, violence, corruption and communalism. Your Best Friend Nawab Wahabul Haque Noida

When I was on my trip to the North Eastern region of India this time, I experienced some memorable incidents. On my way to my hometown i.e. Dibrugarh, Assam we usually come across villages in the roadside...lovely greenary, paddy, ponds, rivers, and huge cultivation of vegetables. Just by the side of the river Sessa-which is popular for fishes, some fishermen would sell the local fish. Our car halted and I went near the fishermen to see which specie of the local fish was available. It was the local cat fish sold at the price of Rs.100/ per kg. Not a bad price as in terms of scarcity, this price seems to be reasonable. I bought 1 kg of it...but the other fishermen requested me to buy more...I was in an awkward situation as how can it be possible to buy from all of them .. I was surprised to see such a situation ...but they requested me repeatedly but why?..... These fishermen belong to local villages , they are qualified and graduated in various streams such as Arts, Science and Commerce, 3-4 years back. They are jobless and so the only option to survive in the job market was through selling fish... I felt very sad...the craze for the cat fish was no more then, as the pathetic condition of those guys who are younger than me was much more than any other need. Speaking some kind.. words with the fishermen and giving them inspiration I had nothing to do .....as I dont have power or money.....in my hand. Your Best Friend Nawab Wahabul Haque Noida

Today corruption has become a way of life...Wherever you go there is corruption...Starting from government officials , company professionals, businessmen majority have followed corruption as the way of life without which life had become impossible for them. Very recently I visited a huge factory in Noida. The management of such a concern in Noida makes huge profit firstly by paying less to the workers, after making them work for long hours, bribing the government officials representing various departments like Income Tax, Pollution Control, Sales tax, etc in order to reduce the penalties and earn more and more profits.
This has become a social evil and we need to root out such evils through various processes....How can it be done?

It was in the midst of summer once when I was a college guy, I remember a memorable rainy day in Assam. The days were very hot and humid and we were expecting rains to come soon because the heat was unbearable... Suddenly clouds were formed in the sky one day and in the afternoon it rained heavily, wonderful showers, .....I went outside and got wet completely...wow it was cool and it rained and rained......and finally pools formed around......with water overflowing in vast speed.........I was surprised to see the tiny fish swimming around, and I spend my entire afternoon playing with the rain water.....the ducks quacked... and enjoyed the lovely rainy day swimming and making fun ...catching their prey which were snails and tiny fish..... The swans would also enjoy a lot as they like the rains and would play with the ducks chasing them.......It was a merry making time as smokes would come out from the chimney of the kitchen, the smell which made me feel that some delicious dish is being prepared.... Wonderful it was a delicious chicken curry I mean to say, the country chicken served with rice........ Your Best Friend Nawab Wahabul Haque Noida

The meaning of teacher has a wide place in the society, so also a teacher has an important role to play in the society ....Education is the backbone of the country and hence teachers had to play an active role to remove illiteracy and ignorance from the country. We have considered them as bringing light to the society through knowledge. In this memorable day 5th september, we celebrate Teachers Day every year showing our gratitude towards our teachers and remembering the birthday of a great personality Dr. S. Radhakrishnan who served our country not only as the President of India, but also as a dedicated and a sincere teacher. A loving teacher is the one who wins the heart of his or her students and remains in their minds for ever as their loving and kind hearted teacher. They are never forgotten. To get this position a teacher has to sacrifice for the betterment of the students through hard work, dedication, imparting knowledge, and guiding the student which makes a student learn comfortably. The dedicated teacher may have to sacrifice some of his or her sweet moments of life for educating the child and may be also had to overcome lots of pain which may include financial crises at times. Say for instance a well paid teacher need not face much problems as compared to certain teachers who does'nt have a well paid job and dedicating their profession for the betterment of the students at a less compensation....They work late hours and bring the best output from the students through their selfless work and dedication..... Let us hope for a better future of our dedicated teachers.... Your Best Friend Nawab Wahabul Haque Noida

A workplace can have skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers with creative ideas or may be with divesified views . However its all management and studying the human behaviour , managers or supervisors can take effective steps to bring out the potential of the employees or casual workers and use them for qualitative output in the workplace. That calls for a good manager or an experienced senior to maintain the harmony and quality in the workplace. In this regard most of the private, public sectors, and government sectors failed to bring successful results as may be there is too much unnecessary control and work pressure, exploitation , in the private sectors or totally negligence in the government sector. Besides this, the most common problem found in most of these sectors is partiality, played by seniors with the employees or any casual workers. This has been found quite common in the government sectors where favouratism plays an important role keeping aside the quality and efficiency in the workplace. Most of them cannot produce skilled personnel, on the other hand skilled becomes de-skilled for not getting the opportunity of proving oneself due to internal politics, egoism of friends......The worst consequences in such sectors is of certain sections of casual staff who would work sincerely, applying their skills, training the unskilled with no motivation or increase in compensation from the employers. On the other hand favouratism is for those who had joined the organisation under some recommendations of top government officials....... If qualitative output is important one has to avoid such crimes Your Best Friend Nawab Wahabul Haque Noida
