Well Jignya, If you watch closely Prem's father basically was from Village and he was married to a village girl (Prem's mother was from a small Village near Bhopal). So he had some roots in village. Also as I said earlier being educated, coming from a decent family, having good values and Beaut...iful, these are the things I am am looking in my partner (no matter even if I was a business tycoon), and that why this made sense to me. But everyone has different opinion and taste so we can very well disagree on that. I am sure you will agree with me that there is LOT difference between reading someones profile here on MS and getting to know abt the person from our parents and well wishers (in fact both are not comparable). Coming to Suraj Barjatya character's are full white and have no gray shade. Welcome to bollywood, here in the movie there is Hero and Villain, representing White and Black respectively. But we all know that the truth is somewhere in gray. About 80-90 % of the movies have the characters far away from the reality. remaining 10-20 % will fall under Art Cinema (In the recent past there are attempts to fill the gaps) Well on that basis I will give advantage to Suraj Barjatya for having white characters, at least that will send a positive message to the society, because believe it or not, still movies are the best way to communicate with society. Regarding compatibility I have nothing new to say. Every relationship needs compromise and sacrifice to make it compatible. It is is virtually impossible to find two people fully compatible. And thanks for reading my review and commenting on it! Have a nice day! Read More

Hi Ambuj, Thanks a lot for a nice review on a very nice movie. I know a segment of people is going to hate this movie, but people who believe in their value and tradition are going to love this movie. In the era of of bikini and bras where most of movies are turned in to cleavage show in ever...y possible scene. Its hard to find a movie which I can see along with my parents (you might call me a backward mentality person) , Vivah is a like a relief to mind and soul. Thanks to Sooraj Barjatya for making a family entertainer which is driven by our tradition, culture and values. In a nutshell I want to say that Viavh will get both types of audience, those who are going to love it and also those who are going to hate it, but its going to be a hit.Read More

You dont need to feel sorry, infact I too wanted to write something like that, but I controled. Indians are so unpredictable that you dont know what the heck they will do in the next match. Our so called 'star' players should be removed from the team and a chance to new talent should be given. This ...might make some difference. Lets see when that happens. -narenderRead More

Actually I started watching cricket very late. 1996 was my first world cup which I saw. Regarding Mark Greatbath, you are right, he was a hard hitter. Probably that would have been the reason that, in 1992 WC Newzeeland lost only 2 matches (both with pakistan). Why Sri Lankan got so famous for this,... because of result. They broke so many records and made new ones. And at end they won the WC. Thanks for the comment.Read More

''To many cooks spoil the recipe'', this is what some people can say about this movie. Because this happened in ''LOC'' (J P Datta, 2003). But that's not happening in this movie. The movie is a full timepass. In Mumbia language ''jhakash''. Its not a good movie but a good entertainer. Its crowd ...Read more

This is not a comment on your review, but because here every one is telling AB to do some different role so I wanted to say something ------------------------------------------------------------------- I most often hear this that Big B should do a different kind of role. I ask you all how many mov...ies are there in a year which are different in subject?? What was different in Khakee?? Wasn't a good movie. I think one of the finest movie of the year 2004. What was different in 'Dev'??. Was it different because it was made on 'Gujrat' riots ?? But wasn't an excellent movie?? Yes, it was. There was a movie called 'Raincoat'. It was different. But when it was released and when it was gone no body knows. 'Black' was a different, but movies like 'Black' are not made every day. And I am sure SLB is not very happy with the BO performance of the movie. However I am sure he will not regret for making as the movie was very much appreciated by a CERTAIN segment of the society. 'Baghban' on the other side even though same 'OLD' story, but was a hit. Producer/Director want to show what people want to see. A different movie I am sure is not going to see a commercial success in bollywood for at least next few decades. So stop saying that So and so should do a different role. Because a large segment of bollywood is still not ready for a 'DIFFERENT' movie. And they are the one who make a movie 'Hit' or 'Flop' on box office. And that is in what a producer or director is interested. Now if AB wants to do a different role in very movie then you will see one movie in 4 years staing him. However my suggestion to him (AB) is that, please dont sign any xyz movie! -Thanks NarenderRead More

I dont exactly know it started but first time i saw was in 2001 ( I think ). that time it was good. But after that they started stretching it like chewing gum. i think this is probably the longest serial in the histiry of Star Plus and Balaji Telefilms. My sugestion to Ekta: Finish of this se...rial and start some new projects, which are little diff. We saw lot of melodrama. -NarenderRead More
