I am a dealer in Chandigarh and I have been selling this product for the past 1 year and so far I have had zero complaints. It is from the house of Eureka Forbes and it is trustworthy. I disagree to the fact that induction cook tops have an inherit flaw. The technology is new and I agree that it needs to be refined, but saying that it is good for nothing will not be correct. I have my reasons to claim that I am correct and one the top reason is lack of knowledge of usage. I ha...ve had many cases in which the user mistakenly does something wrong and ends up with posting an ugly review. For example, if something spills on the cook top, the user immediately cleans it with a moist cloth and it is absolutely wrong and slowly it causes to cracks to develop on the inside ceramic plating which causes the heating efficiency to decrease. There is a review posted on the page to guide the users on the correct usage. You may contact me on n.sanchit@gmail.comRead More

Ok i can help with the rotis. If you are using an induction flat iron tawa then you need to change it. You should get an hard ionized tawa with an induction bottom. The thing is that the tawa gets too hot too quickly and the auto cut feature of the induction cook top switches it off. I would suggest... that to use the tawa at 600 W to 800 W on hot pot mode. Try using this method before buying a new one. In the mean time you can tell me which tawa are u using to cook rotis and which pot for curries Tell me if it helped n.sanchit@gmail.comRead More

I am a retailer in Chandigarh and we sell Induction cook tops. Like many of the comments here, I agree to the fact that Prestige is good for nothing, neither the product and nor the services, we experience the same and my sympathy goes to all former prestige users. But its not the end of the ind...Read more

Just one advice for you ma'am, stop buying ugly brands..go for either Usha Lexus or Tempo (Tempo is Japanese brand unlike others which are Chinese made) Email me n.sanchit@gmail.com

Hi I can help....Yes all the induction brands are made in China except for a few...For example Tempo...But Chinese not always means poor quality...(Nokia is Chinese made, and so is apple)...Online shopping could be tricky sometimes as you experienced and one should get all terms and conditions clear...ed before buying anything...and the thing about cooling fan...the induction cook top is a heavy appliance and many cook tops make some noise while cooling...just like a cpu and my laptop's bottom is very hot while I am typing this...I agree to the fact that it is somewhat noisy..But it is the part of the package...Read More

..Hi my name is Sanchit and I am the director of Bombay Kitchen wares Chandigarh, and we are selling induction cookers since a couple of years.....so your problem is boiling of milk and other liquids and omelette and fry stuff....so if yuor food is burning, first step is to check the utensil and not... the cook top...make sure you have a thick bottom utensil with an induction safe bottom as well and not the thin bottom Kadhais or vessels. Look for brands like vinod, alda elc...The mode in which you should boil milk is hot pot..I do it everyday on my Usha Lexus Induction cook top...keep the wattage at 1800 W. And to make omelette, get an induction bottom non stick Tawa, the usual non stick tawa with spirals beneath it wont work on induction..... I hope it helps....got any other ques?? n.sanchit@gmail.com aRead More
