ORDER NO 205979646, further progress , after another few calls. after sending the emaiil that with in 10 days everything would be sorted, The safe express arrived with the cot and coffee table. WE DECLINED TO take the cot, then agreed to take coffee table. when opened it was part of the cot. A...gain call them , explain them. every call end up hearing your query will be resolved in 48 hrs. Nothing happens. Now left with a plank ,no one is giving any answer. Every time u call , different person answers , explain everything , this is going no where, feel like leaving it , thinking we lost 25000. I don't know what to say. A company of fraudsters, lie after lie. no one to question. We need to be blame ourself , when the rating of other people is so low still we buy it confidently , thinking this would not happen to us. good luck for the senior customer service manager who reviews mouths shut reviews. After todays phone call the reply from fabfurnish. We have to wait till the product reach them. In the first instance the product was cancelled the product is with them and it is their responsibility. I am going wait patiently for 10 days or else only the phone bill calling every day and the trauma ...would increase. They are going to arrange for for the return and since cancellation and calling them that have not done this. Only you have beg ,cry after 10 days you will reach this stage. I have coffee table is due but on the order it said 33-39 days. so i will prepare for next round of trauma with these fabulous guys. reply from them today. As per updates received, please be informed that, we would be arranging the product to return to its origin within 10 days and post receiving product we would be initiating the refund of the amount. tamboki, if your wife has been in the UK for 10 years then why did you have to go to the embassy to check her papers? If you went to double check that means you had doubts about it, meaning you should have taken extra precautions. You should have either schedule a flight before your visa expired in ...case you needed to help out, or extend your stay in the Phillipines. Now, I am not saying that Emirates has no responsibility here, if you think they do, get a lawyer because whining online will not get you too far. That said, why would you expect a corporation to take care of your wife when you yourself were so cheap as to choose to leave her there as opposed to buying another ticket with another carrier? Really is common sense, leaving your wife behind in a country as unsafe as the Philippines is just as much your responsibility.Read More

Again.... important documetns and tablets in the checked-in bags? dont you know how many luggage gets lost in airports??????? and many of those times not being the airlines fault? Anyways, compensation was miserable...so was your common senses for putting important stuff on checked-in bags...

You are always allowed to take a carry on with you, what can of dumb dumb puts a lap top in check in... you might as well put your wallet and IDs there... I wonder why people think they should be compensated for their own stupidity... it's absolutely beyond me.

If anything is to complain about Emirate (currently) is the attitude of staff, FA think they are too good to be serving food and water. They think because they fly in emirates they are CEO's or something. However, if EK has good things are the seat peach which is higher than most carries, the food, ...and ICE. I dont see how they were racist to you, if anything they staff seemed to help you as much as they could. Also for further reference, you can always take down the name of the flight attendant and make a direct complain about her behavior.

Do any of you know how much it would cost an airline to have to fly your wife back from the UK because she did not have the proper documentation? You have to understand that the moment the airline takes a passenger into the plane they are responsible to make sure that the person has the proper docum...entation, if she is turned down at the UK immigration point, EK would have to pay for the fare back, and a fine for taking an illegal alien into the country.Read More

I have to say that i can only agree with 'wearepeople'. If you do not know how to do online check in with the earline, then maybe you should be trying 24 hrs prior your departure and if for whatever reason the system is down you should be ready to go to the airport without any complaints... Now your... parents may be senior citizens, and for that they deserve that the check in staff be extra polite an helpful, AGREED. However, can you imagine how much extra weight would add up if they allowed every 2 passengers to carry an extra 8 kgs?!?!?!?! Please do not be a dumb dumb, with fuel prices as high as they are you want 8 free kgs of allowance? Lastly, also note that your brother flew INTO London, many carriers allow more weight into the EU than out, because of the fuel surcharges....Read More
