Nice! That's a very long blog! glad to know the kind of admiration you have for a player like Sehwag. I agree with most of your views on him, yet somewhere I feel he squandered his sheer talent a bit. If he had made optimum use of his prowess, he could have been up there in the pantheon of greats of... the game today.
Especially in ODIs, his records just don't match his talent. I agree that records are not everything, but he could have made much more impact had he applied himself more. He was better in tests than in ODIs.
But, it is sad that with age his most potent strength hand eye co-ordination has come down which has adversely affected his form. He will never play for India again and that's the saddest part of the story. We would have loved to see him go out with flying colours tormenting the bowlers, rather than exiting as a forgotten hero.Read More

It is an extremely selfish story of two individuals and the ending was pretty bad, though on expected lines. The whole sequence of Manu and Datto's love track is sad. While Manu believes he loves Datto, it is pretty evident that he is only behind the face which resembles that of his estranged wife.

Even when an opportunity is there before the wedding to come out with his feelings, he refuses to do so in the name of commitment! What commitment was it when he was out there to destroy an individual's life!
Tanu also takes things seriously only when she gets to know about the marriage. Right after getting the news, she suddenly gets the 'gyaan' that she cannot live without Manu. This couple are concerned only with their own welfare and the one who suffered the most in the end was Datto.

A dangerous side in Indian conditions. But,can the same be said about the team in foreign conditions? I doubt so. The bowling is the weak link for the side and some of the batsmen too will find it tough in Australian conditions. Lets hope for the best, because most other teams are weak.
