There is something wrong with your vehicle. Please get it thoroughly checked.

the p[roblem is not with the device, it is the service center, and if you spill water on a phone, it is entirely your fault.

the service centers are run by private franchise. this has resulted in several bad experiences with people. Interestingly if you contact samsung directly via email, they are very quick to respond.
it is the private lala jis who run these service centers that are the main problem.
I got a defected... device once, 3 years ago, the service center refused to replace it, 1 email to samsung and they called me and asked me not 2 use it, and 2 days later i was asked to visit the local service center, and they provided me a letter and asked me to go 2 the dealer, i went to the dealer, they changed the device, in exchange of the letter, and no questions asked.Read More
