I performed one transaction worth rupees 1481 with big basket 6 days ago and I was incorrectly debited twice by the big basket via their POS device. When I contacted big basket I ...was informed that the money would be credited back to my big basket wallet within 2 hours. It has been more than 6 days and I have contacted them atleast 5 times. And each time I got the same response. An utterly unprocessed grocery shopping app. If you do not have cash, avoid big basket otherwise you might have to go through what I am going through at the moment. Or better use other more reliable shopping apps.Read More
