Good review on a good book. TIA is one of the punniest, er, funniest books by an Indian. On the flipside, I feel that after the fantastic beginning, somewhere along the way, the book loses steam as it goes ahead ... monotony creeps in, and the end ... is just too tame. Didn't like the film ... various reasons ... Dad forced me to see it with my bro while I wanted to spend time with one of my friends ... hadta run back home etc etc. Would usually not have minded something like this, but was just in a bad mood that day. Thought the animation for young Hanuman was... damn cute, but the rest left a lot to be desired. For me, the movie was downhill after the first 45 mins.
