I feel Chungs is a better option than this place - As you mentioned Jaynagar. I have been to both the places and chungs have a lot to offer in their menu than these guys. Not to mention, it's is 7% - 10% cheaper also. We have Beijing Bites in both of the my office campus in EcoSpace and ITPL. The... food served in ITPL is much much better than the one in EcoSpace. It's a Monster in terms of Power ! My friend said, ' My heart skipped a beat when you hit 5000 RPM in 2nd gear ! '. It's looks like a small car from outside. I dont even feel like comparing the Car with other C segment ones. It's not worth the Price for those cheapo plasticky interiors. One w...ho pays 8L+ expects some thing and not only a good engine. Conversation went on and on and finally he came to an agreement after me asking for a supervisor for more than 15 times. I was put on Hold for about 13 Minutes and Round the Bend Monkey comes back with a message ' Our Esclation points are busy ! ', told him, i will hold until your escalation point...'s are Free'. Another 10 minutes down the Line, Mr. Venkatesh.R (Ramana) was on line with me ( He happen to be the supervisor for the shift). I doubted for some time, about Mr. Venkatesh.R (Ramana), as he did not sound like a supervisor ( Evidently he is one ). I was thinking that Round the Bend Monkey was playing a voice prank with me. After i explained every thing, Sup did apologize to me, stated that he would listen to the call and get back to me with in 30 minutes. As expected, he did call me back in 15 minutes time and this time he deeply apologized and stated that his agent (Round the Bend Monkey) was rude to me. I just told him one thing, that if i were his Manger (Round the bend Monkey's manger), i would have fired him immediately. I did give him a feed back that, 'these kind of people are not meant to be in customer service industry'. I did appreciate him getting back to me promptly regarding this issue. I asked for his mangers name and he was Mr. Pradesh. I asked him, what's going to be the outcome for this? He mentioned that Mr.Pradesh will listen to my call with Round the bend monkey and necessary action would be taken. When i hung up the phone with Mr.Venkatesh.R (Ramana). When i finished the call with Mr.Venkatesh Ramana it was 9:35 PM - 06-01-2006. It's 10:28 PM - 06-01-2007. I finished this email. I hope appropriate action will be taken on the same & i will be calling back Mr.Pradesh on Monday ( 08-01-2007). Jai Read More

Yo Yo Yo Punjabi.... HOLD UR HORSES MATE.... After we all are humans. Ofcourse for the money paid, every 1 expects service... after all no ones gives us charity... Is there some thing wrong in that?. Will you pay for a MERC and will you agree if the dealer gives you a Maruthi 800? Well, hope you... will... ke ke ke... Have you not heard about most of the americans who even dont dare to ask credit for services which they have not used? like Internet, Cable and even telephone monthly subscriptions. And MIND YOU, Non Resident Indian (NRI), status is attained by an indian when he stays out of the country for more than 6 months... So there is nothing BIG about NRI's. After all they undergo racial discrimination in their work, in the bus they travel, in shopping malls or where ever... Brit complains about an American, Dutch Complaints about a German, Malaysian Complains about an Australian... After all no one is perfect. Well, for people like you, i am here to complain... So what makes you to differentiate btw S.Indian and N.Indian. Do south Indians eat upside down? and North Indians eat in space? Mate i dont see the point. I am glad that you did not have any problems on Foreign Carriers... Well, i have lotza complains in Cathy Pacific, believe it, even in SIA. But we have to compromise on some thing, but not on every thing. I cant take food served cold, see den i would raise my voice. Well if my baggage claim wait is more than expected, yes i can compromise... I know every 1 this world has complaints.
