Doubling the fees

Now suddnely when we went to pay fees for next year to our utmost surprise we found that the fees has been increased and none of parents were informed. The schol them self proves that they are doing it wrongly by this suspense method. As per rules they have to inform at least in December so that if ...the parents are not interested they can shift their child but doing this at last moment , where will parents go as all the admission are full in other school.
