It has been 18 days since i wrote the above comment and i haven't got my refund. I have made multiple calls to the call centers and each time i have to repeat the entire story. I don't think their systems are updated, the call center executives have to be explained each time about what the issue ...is. - My product (RC car), delivered on July 23rd, 2015 - Product damaged and i raised a return request the same day in Shopclues website with images of the damage and receive a return ID - After a week, i call Shopclues to check for the status and they say they are unable to see the return request raised in their system. and say they cannot accept the return as it has crossed the 2 day window for return. - I send the screenshots as proof - they agree that arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged product and the product is picked up on August 7th, - After a week i try to call Shopclues for the status of my refund money. They say they haven't received the product in their warehouse and hence cannot refund. - they are not sure if the pickup was done as ask me for the proof again by asking for the reverse pickup receipt - I send the scanned copy of the reverse pickup receipt - Shopclues agrees to give the money back with in 7 days - Even after 45 days since i receive the product i haven't received my refund and yesterday i had a courier guy come for a reveres pickup.
