I have disconnected the servcie and returned the modem a long while ago.. inpite of repeated requests of re...questing a confirmation via email and phone.. i never got a confirmation proof of closure of my account.. now after few months, i recieve a court order that i have to appear in a delhi court because there is balance due!!!!!!.... hideous.. i paid all dues.. there is nothing due.. if the modem is connected to power doesn't mean i used it... it stayed connected until a tikona agent picked it up from my home... there should be a way to track usage in mbs or whatever...Read More
