Change the spark plug cap.May be it's because of a faulty plug cap.Buy an original plug cap from authorized Hero moto corp showroom made for xtreme/hunk only.

During the first 1,000 kms, avoid using the full throttle.Maintain speed between 40 to 50 km/h and never overload the engine.During initial running in,newly machined surfaces will be in contact with each other and these surfaces will wear out quickly.These precautions upto 1,000 kms are required to ...compensate for this minor initial wear.Timely running in maintenance will ensure optimum service life and performance of the engine.
