Zenify, Worst than leeches, Guys think 100 times, before falling victim.
I have the more than the same story, here it goes below
Saw some advt in common floor, reached out with the phone no, and then came to know it is Zenify acquired, As the house near to my office i opted to go with them, whic...h is a nightmare or Daymare even today.
1) Initially the marketing team will force you to deposit some 10K amount, and then they will show the house, that's all that is the end of you.
2) I moved in, got caught in there net, so many pending works which were promised are not done, even after closely year time, they just shoot mails, and forget, no correspondence, nothing bu....l sh....t.
3) Another thing which will surprise you guys is this, the maintenance amount will keep on increasing with in few months, please guys if at all you guys get caught in there net, pals read the rental agreement and then sign.
My final request to all me beloved brothers and sisters is this, go at your own risk. I am pretty sure if you get caught to there net, you will damn sure leave a message here :)
