Yes This Is real story for my house also, In this year Jan-10 I Purchased the house. Previous Owner told this is Royale Emulsion painted all over house, But we have found lot Paint was peeling and falling down. So Our Local Painter told this is because of the bad quality Putty.So Painter Removed tot...al paint from the wall again we have applied same Royale Emulsion with good putty. But only 1 Month is over started the Asian Paint Royale Emulsion work. Again Same Problem. Still Painter is not able to find the solution for this.
