Not sure.. I called them so many time. They just came and saw the machine. They said, person will come back again with required things. It's never happened.. Finally sold it and bought new one

Me too got cheat by them. I used get 100 kbph speed instead of 3 Mbph speed in Bengaluru. I used it for 6 month, from 2nd month I speed had dropped to 100 kbph speed.

May be your guys are facing issue. I am not. I have used MTS & Reliance wired, wireless. I took Reliance 3G, for least 6 months I got 100 kpbh speed for 1000 rs plan except 1St month. Actual speed should 3 Mbph & 40 GB. BSNL offered me 6 Mbph speed for 60 GB. Still now I didn't face any issue.

In bengaluru, reliance is dont provide 500 kbph. I took 999 plan & I used to take 100 kpbh speed for 1000 rs for 4 months. After 4 th month i have disconnected the reliance wifi.
