Anecdote: Went to a party today and met a friend who was looking to buy a house. He asked where I have bought and I told him Adarsh. I causally asked him to explore property in APR if interested. He immediately jumped out of his seat. He told me he has couple of friends who booked Villas in APR year...s back but Adarsh did not give possession on time. On top of that, even after paying the whole Villa money upfront, Adarsh changed the legal agreement and demanded 40% of cost breakup at CURRENT rates since rates are now very high. Here is a builder who does not deliver on time, takes years to deliver and then tells you that since years have passed since you booked you have to pay 40% of the cost of villa at current rates. ALL ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL acts. Now that is not at all surprising given some of the comments above. they have suddenly changed the legal agreement for T3/T4 and have started demanded 25% of cost even before construction starts (for T4). These cheats have no respect for law. In the end, my friend told me may be Adarsh property is good but he wants peace of mind. though he can afford it easily. He said with Adarsh you are guaranteed to feel perpetually cheated with regard to your dream home where you are going to be spending a sizable portion of your life. @bkmarkuser See they change the LEGAL agreement at their whims, purportedly giving you more area over what was never constructed. Actually, there is no sanctity of legal agreement at Adarsh. They are a bunch of cheats. They are not giving you what they promised. Your original agreement must have ...a different schedule of payment than the current one. Of course, they want your money as soon as possible. As far as what is going on with Tower 4 is concerned, I know they have dug the site for almost a year now, and there is no foundation laid there, not even a drop of concrete. This is Adarsh, your guess about progress of tower 4 is as good as mine but if past is anything to go by, it is not going to look neat and there is every chance that you will feel cheated and frustrated by Adarsh at the end of it, however great Tower 4 comes out to be. In my opinion, you should contest the cancellation of your previous agreement through a court. We Indians accept this substandard service without any protest and this becomes a part of national culture. It ultimately ends up in fiascos like Commonwealth Games Fiasco where CPWD expected atheletes to bear with substandard apartments and make no noise about it. Read More

m_mumbhai, You work at Adarsh, don't you? If not, how much money Adarsh gave you to wirte this review? Now be smart when you praise Adarsh posing as Adarsh customer. If you say there is nothing wrong with Adarsh and it is a paradise, no one is going to believe you.
